Home Bodies vs Lone Bodies

There are genuinely two types of people that are brought into this world.

Home Bodies.

Lone Bodies.

Home Bodies.

I’m not saying there is anything wrong with this whatsoever, because honestly it’s not a choice of lifestyle it’s mostly one you’ve been given. And bless because I freakin’ wish.

Those who grow up in a perfect home with married parents and the only struggle they have is being perfect. Not every chance taken is looked at as an opportunity and not every dollar is looked at like a million.

Most who I’ve met have totally been a pleasure. However, hardly comparable to those like me.

A Lone Body.

I will never buy a house in my hometown and I will never live in a small affordable apartment one block down from my mom.

Don’t get me wrong. I love my family, and they mean the absolute world to me. The difference is that there will be a time in my life where I will move far away and never look back.

Not because of any certain thing that anyone has done or because I’m running away.

But because my soul yearns for much more than the familiarity of home.

It yearns for a life that is new and refreshing. A breath of air that cleanses my lungs. A new love that infatuates me to dangerous extents. Adventures that keep me young. And of course, weird head-turning fashion that makes me question my degree.

So whether you just bought a house in the same city you were born or moved a million miles away and are making a new temporary place called home.

Be so proud of who you are and the fact that you are either Home or Alone.

See you soon,
